Jase Dimos - Psychologist
Finding the right fit with a psychologist is not only important, but sometimes daunting. My name is Jase, and I opened Psychology in Balance with the vision of creating a space where clients can be well understood and motivated to become the best version of themselves - for themselves.
I work with couples and individuals across a range of issues, focusing on anxiety disorders, complex trauma, relationship issues, ADHD, acute stress, emotional burnout, attachment-related injuries, difficulties managing emotions, and struggles with lack of meaning or purpose in life. My practice is LGBTQIA+ informed and welcoming to all individuals.
Experience and Modalities
Using evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, EMDR, and IFS, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s needs. I've worked with the Department of Veteran Affairs, in Education, within public Health and several years in private practice.

-
Aims to foster self-awareness and inner harmony by understanding and integrating these parts.
-
Effective for trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues, promoting self-compassion and emotional resilience.
