Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a compassionate and empowering approach to understanding your inner world. It recognizes that within each of us are different “parts” or aspects of our personality, each with its own feelings, roles, and perspectives. These parts often develop as a way to protect us from pain or to help us navigate life’s challenges.
